80KM Challenge

Cycle for at least 80KM (in one go or cumulatively) at the designated cycling routes. Provide screenshots of the ride activity using GPS-tracking apps such as YAS MicroInsurance or Strava.

BYKE Pro 80KM Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. By signing up for BYKE Pro 80KM Challenge (“the Activity”), the applicant must agree and accept to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Campaign starts from 6 September 2021 to 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“The Campaign Period”).
3. To be eligible for this Activity, applicants must meet the following requirements: (1) 18 years old or above with valid HKID; (2) Must be accepted by YAS Digital Limited.
4. Each candidate can participate once only.
5. YAS has the final decision over the outcome of this Campaign. This campaign does not contain lottery elements.
6. YAS reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions; or to terminate or suspend the provision of the Campaign, concession or other promotional programmes without prior notice.
7. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender include every other gender.
8. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of YAS shall be final.

Terms of License
By entering the Contest, all entrants grant a worldwide non-exclusive license to Authorized Parties for five years, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit), in any media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to: display at a potential exhibition of winners; charity sales of winning works of the Contest; publication of a book featuring select entries in the Contest; publication in YAS magazine or online highlighting entries or winners of the Contest. Entrants consent to YAS doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrants “moral rights”; in their entries. Display or publication of any entry on an Authorized Party’s websites do not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. Authorized Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use. Additionally, by entering this Contest, each entrant grants to Authorized Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Contest, and pictures or likenesses of Contest entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion.
